Free Shipping Within the United States

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Please Note:

  • Free shipping applies only to deliveries within the mainland U.S.

  • Orders to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Promotional discounts may affect free shipping eligibility.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. A flat international shipping fee of $199 is applied at checkout.

  • Delivery usually takes 14 to 21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

  • We will provide tracking information upon dispatch.

  • For questions about international shipping, contact us before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery Times (U.S. Orders)

In-Stock Items:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Out-of-Stock Items:

  • These will ship promptly upon restocking.

  • U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at no charge prior to shipping. Once shipped, the order is subject to our return policy.

Return Policy

We accept returns on complete engines and powered equipment in the following categories:

  • Car Engines

  • Crate Engines

  • Horizontal Engines

  • Vertical Engines

  • Snow Blowers

  • Inboard Engines

  • Outboard Motors

  • Generators

  • Marine Generators

  • Standby Generators

  • Pumps

  • Welding Machines

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all manuals, labels, and documentation.

  • Items showing signs of use or installation are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Electrical components and custom orders are non-returnable under any circumstances.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Restocking Fees:

  • No restocking fees are applied to eligible returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions via email. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

  3. Prepare the Product:
    Repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
    Do not write on or damage the manufacturer’s box.

  4. Ship the Product:
    Use a reliable, trackable courier to return the product.

  5. Refund Processing:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Retain all original packaging and shipping materials.

  • We will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund upon review.
