Free Shipping Within the U.S.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. A flat shipping fee of $199 applies to all international orders at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 14–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Out-of-Stock Items

Order Cancellations

Return Policy
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery. Please review the following guidelines:

Must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging.

All original components, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Parts & Accessories

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.

Include all manuals, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items

Electrical components (due to safety and testing concerns).

Any item that has been used, installed, or modified.
Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Repackage Carefully
Securely repackage the product in its original box with all accessories and manuals. Avoid writing on or damaging the manufacturer’s packaging. -
Ship the Return
Use a trackable shipping method to send the return. You are responsible for ensuring it arrives safely.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected for your refund to appear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Do not discard the packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping in these cases.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
