Free Shipping Within the U.S.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

Please Note:

  • Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Applied discounts or promotions may impact free shipping eligibility.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. A flat shipping fee of $199 applies to all international orders at checkout.

  • Delivery typically takes 14–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local import fees.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes (U.S. Orders)

In-Stock Items

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day.

  • Orders after 2:00 PM or on holidays/weekends ship the next business day.

Out-of-Stock Items

  • Will be shipped promptly once restocked.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships with no cancellation fees. Please contact us as soon as possible to process your cancellation.

Return Policy

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery. Please review the following guidelines:

Outboard Engines

  • Must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging.

  • All original components, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Parts & Accessories

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.

  • Include all manuals, tags, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components (due to safety and testing concerns).

  • Any item that has been used, installed, or modified.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Important: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email service@marcoenginesug.com or call +1 (214) 937-0535 with your order number to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Repackage Carefully
    Securely repackage the product in its original box with all accessories and manuals. Avoid writing on or damaging the manufacturer’s packaging.

  3. Ship the Return
    Use a trackable shipping method to send the return. You are responsible for ensuring it arrives safely.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected for your refund to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Do not discard the packaging.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@marcoenginesug.com or call us.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping in these cases.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
