The ESAB® Rebel EMP 205ic AC/DC is a 200 amp multiprocess welder that is capable of MIG, Stick and AC aluminum TIG welding. It operates on either 120 volt or 230 volt input power and weighs just 49 lbs. The Rebel EMP 205ic features advanced TIG welding technology, including adjustable frequency, balance and pulse controls. TIG arc starts are achieved through either high frequency or lift arc, depending on your welding application.

For MIG welding, the Rebel 205ic boasts exclusive sMIG technology. “Smart MIG” allows the Rebel to continually adjust to your individual welding technique, meaning the welding arc is always perfect. You get professional MIG welding results every time, whether your a beginner or an expert welder. The Rebel also comes spool gun ready to tackle aluminum MIG welding jobs with OPTIONAL Tweco® 160 amp spool gun.

Need to stick weld with your Rebel? No problem. The Rebel EMP 205ic AC/DC produces excellent stick arc characteristics. The smooth, stable stick welding arc outshines anything in its class. You can even weld with E6010 electrode using 110V input power.
